I recently saw Ms Shrotria, as a private patient. What wonderful lady. She is a very caring and calming lady. She listened to my concerns. She did thorough examination and explained her findings which were benign changes.
To make sure, Ms Shrotria requested I had a mammogram and ultrasound that same day as my appointment. Which I did, and to my relief the radiologist consultant ( whom also is wonderful lady putting me at ease) told that everything was good.
I had a follow up appointment with Ms Shrotria 5 weeks after my initial appointment. She explained everything very calmly regarding to the above, she did another examination, putting me at ease the whole time. All ok.
I left her consulting with a big smile.
Lovely lady and team also fantastic.
