Miss Sujata Kundu

I had single sided hearing loss. She forgot to schedule my MRI. Then when reminded, she did, but failed to find I had a small brain tumour, which was the cause of my symptoms. When I'd asked to see copies of the MRI and commented that I could see something strange on them (not the tumour but what turned out to probably be cysts) she sarcastically asked me if I was a doctor. I should be asking the same of her.

Miss Kundu saw my wife with a hearing problem. She saw her quickly. She was extremely professional. Her assessment was far more complete than other ENT surgeons who we have seen. She was brilliant, total confidence in this doctor. She is very good indeed.
