I would not recommend Miss Sucheta Iyengar for the management of endometriosis.
I cannot comment on her colposcopy and menopause knowledge and management skills, however, I found her knowledge of endometriosis management to be extremely poor. Whilst I was under her care I was also inappropriately discharged from gynaecology.
I have been informed by several A&E gynaecologists that this was a gross mistake and should have never happened. This has resulted in numerous A&E visits and months of delay due to being put back on a waiting list at square one.
Dr Iyengar, please remember that endometriosis is a debilitating chronic illness and requires long-term specialist management under a gynae team specialising in endometriosis.
