Miss Helme was lovely, put me at ease straight away and even though I was very nervous and scared she was very calming and listened to all my worries and fears.
She was thorough and explained everything too me, we even ended up laughing which was a great way to reduce the tension I was feeling.
She was very professional and no matter what I asked, everything was answeredclearly and in a way that could be easily understood
I cannot recommend Miss Helme enough and am so glad I saw her as my consultant.
