Miss Irani was amazing. I was so anxious and nervous as I’d never had a procedure like this before. She talked me through everything that was going on and made me feel much more at ease.
The nurse she was working with (I wish I had caught her name) was also incredible and stood by my side, seeing I was uncomfortable and anxious. She distracted me and was just so lovely to me!
