I had been having severe upper and lower back pain and my GP didn’t seem to be taking me very seriously. I was referred to Ms Ross with my upper back pain and when she asked what pain killers I was on and I told her, I also had to say that some of them I was on was for my lower back pain. When I said that, she asked more about it and then organised for me to have a pelvic x-ray and an MRI of my whole spine. I got the results of this last week and, although it wasn’t good news, at least I now know why I have been in so much pain.
Ms Ross is so easy to talk to and I felt she was actually listening to me and taking me seriously.
I wish there were more specialists like her!!
