Went in to lancaster day unit for operation nursing staff were fantastic from going in explained what was going and made me feel at ease both specialist came to meet me and tell me what was going to happen andthe annitheste after op Dr s came to bed explained what they had done nursing staff brought a lovely cuppa and Sandwich great cate throughout my morning stay thankyou
