From the first consultation, Sascha instantly put myself and my husband at ease. After being diagnosed with DCIS and having received contradictory advice from others, my experience with Sascha was a much-needed breath of fresh air. She was well-prepared, familiar with what I had already been through, provided reassurance that I would be treated as an individual and gave me the confidence that she would do her very best to minimise the physical impact. Her manner is the perfect balance of professional and friendly, coupled with a delightful personality which manages to lift the spirits at a difficult time. She explained everything clearly, was patient in answering questions and never once made me feel hurried or pressured. Where there were options, these were set out clearly and she supported my decisions. The facts that we needed to know for the next stage were explained without overwhelming us with information about all possible outcomes. What Sascha has been able to do in terms of my surgery is truly amazing. I have had two operations and the result is far beyond what I had imagined possible. I am incredibly grateful to this talented lady for her outstanding care and expertise, and wholeheartedly recommend her.
