I was very pleased at my recent visit to the Breast Unit at Broomfield Hospital, when I was called through at (or slightly before) my appointed time. On previous visits, there have been anxious delays in a crowded waiting room. Miss Dua gave me to understand that efforts have been made to deal with the problem of excessive waiting, in response to comments received from patients.
Miss Dua always seems friendly, approachable and willing to answer any questions I might have to ask.
