I had a lumpectomy carried out by Miss Dua and her team on 27th July 2017. As soon as I entered the ward, I knew I was in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were professional in their approach, and I felt very much at ease in such a caring and friendly place. The operation itself was a complete success. Not only did I not feel any pain afterwards, but apart from a hardly noticable scar around the aerola of the breast operated on, and the fading blue dye, injected to find the sentinel lynth nodes, my breast looks no different than before! Miss Dua and her team are brilliant, they treated me in a down too earth way and with dignity and respect. They were on the ward before and after the operation, and even had time for a little humour. I cannot thank them enough.
