Sasha's strength is her ability to connect with you and make you feel that she is on your level and that nothing is too much trouble. She makes you feel relaxed in her company and this makes it so much easier to ask questions, particularly given that you are extremely stressed having being diagnosed with cancer. Sasha is also very good at explaining the details of what the operation will entail and what you can expect from it.
