From my first visit Miss Dua was friendly and put me at ease. She gave me all the information I needed about my condition and what was going to happen in a way that I could understand. I had no hesitation in contacting her team if I felt I had a problem and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. When I had my first operation Miss Dua was there holding my hand as I had the anaesthetic which was a great comfort and shows the care she gives to all her patients. Miss Dua is a great surgeon and a lovely person. I am grateful that she held my life in her hands. Thank you Sascha.
