I liked the fact that I was being cared for by a woman doctor and such a beautiful one at that. I found it intensely reassuring that, in the middle of all this muck and discomfort, the wonderfully elegant Miss Mills would walk in and understand everything. It really made the most enormous difference to me - and still does. I had no fear or embarrassment over the colonoscopy or either operation and totally trust her and anything she says or suggests. I can't wait to see her again!
