As a friend of someone who has appeared as unwell for some time, I cannot express the relief to know my friend is under the care of Miss Mills. From the very beginning, I am aware of the steps taken by Miss Mills to make my friend more comfortable and for allowing her to be seen. I think we all underestimate how much knowing extremely professional care is being provided to someone we care for means to us. I would without a doubt recommend Miss Mills to any other individual who I thought would benefit from her care. I am not a patient myself but have been nothing less but impressed with her care towards my friend and I know my friend is in good hands.

On the 20th September 2020, I had a consultation with surgeon Miss Sarah Mills to discuss upcoming J Pouch Surgery, Parastomal Hernia repair and ultimately Stoma reversal. Sarah is a great listener and explained the surgical procedure in a clear, calm and professional manner. I found the whole experience thoroughly reassuring and have agreed to the surgery being carried out hopefully in November at The Lister Hospital. I could not fault the exceptional care I was given before during and after the Colonoscopy. The staff were amazing, and were very kind and caring which is always what you want if you are in any way worried about having injections and are a bit squeamish. One Welbeck is the most amazing place and I didn't really want to leave! The procedure went without a hitch, and it was all very calm and the theatre was amazingly clean and beautiful and modern, and I felt in very capable hands. Thank you to all the staff who helped me on the day.
