I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care I have received from Miss Sarah Mills. After careful research to identify a colorectal surgeon in London with the right level of expertise and judgement, I felt confident from our first consultation that I was in excellent hands. Miss Mills is clear, direct, and meticulous, while remaining approachable and attentive. She explains matters with precision and takes the time to address questions thoroughly, which creates a strong sense of trust and reassurance. Under her care, I underwent two surgical procedures to resolve issues that I had been carrying for some time. In both instances, the clinical assessment, surgical execution, and post operative follow up were of the highest standard. The outcomes have been excellent. My recovery has been smooth, discomfort minimal, and the overall functional and aesthetic results have exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and surgical judgement are evident throughout. The organisation surrounding my treatment was equally impressive. Amy Troke, Miss Mills’ secretary, was consistently efficient, responsive, and highly professional in coordinating consultations, procedures, and follow up appointments. The team at One Welbeck, where Miss Mills operates, provided exemplary care during both surgeries. The entire experience was calm, efficient, and seamless. Communication was always clear and accessible. Miss Mills listened carefully and approached each stage with confidence and integrity. I could not be more satisfied with the care I have received. I have complete confidence in Miss Mills and will without hesitation seek her expertise again for any matter within her specialty. It is reassuring to know that I have a surgeon of her calibre to rely upon.

Dr. Mills and her team were absolutely fantastic, top notch. I was extremely nervous about a minor procedure, but they took amazing care of me and made me feel at ease throughout. The clinic was also extremely clean and felt new and modern.

As a friend of someone who has appeared as unwell for some time, I cannot express the relief to know my friend is under the care of Miss Mills. From the very beginning, I am aware of the steps taken by Miss Mills to make my friend more comfortable and for allowing her to be seen. Sarah is a great listener and explained the surgical procedure in a clear, calm and professional manner. I found the whole experience thoroughly reassuring and have agreed to the surgery being carried out hopefully in November at The Lister Hospital. I could not fault the exceptional care I was given before during and after the Colonoscopy. The staff were amazing, and were very kind and caring which is always what you want if you are in any way worried about having injections and are a bit squeamish. One Welbeck is the most amazing place and I didn't really want to leave! The procedure went without a hitch, and it was all very calm and the theatre was amazingly clean and beautiful and modern, and I felt in very capable hands. Thank you to all the staff who helped me on the day.

I was referred to Miss Mills after almost a year of futile diagnoses and treatment options for what eventually turned out to be an undiagnosed fistula. Pretty much from the first 10 minute consultation Miss Mills was confidently explaining the correct diagnosis, discussing treatment options and giving a realistic expectation for how long the whole process would take. She is extremely knowledgable, caring, never tires of answering questions and was fantastic on the day of surgery with excellent pre and post surgical care. I will be recommending her to anyone who needs a CRS!

Ms Mills is an absolutely awesome colorectal surgeon. She did my colonoscopy flawlessly (she repairs other doctor's bowel perforations, what does that tell you...) and gave our family excellent honest advice on advanced colon cancer specialist treatment options. I would wholeheartedly recommend her as one of the very few specialists that I would trust with my or my family's life. Truly a fantastic specialist, compassionate care but highly competent!
