L found Miss Williams inspiring. She gave me a great deal of courage by explaining to me what would happen- which took away any fear of my fears.
I had complete confidence and trust in Miss Williams, who is a very caring and compassionate lady.
Although I am elderly and in a wheelchair there was no ageism.
