Ms. Samantha Williams is a very kind, empathetic professional lady with a very good bedside manner. She listens to her patients with great patience she never gave me the impression I was asking silly questions (although I probably was!) I did not feel rushed and was able to ask all that I needed to.
Her work as a surgeon is amazing she has worked wonders with my breast surgery, giving me back the confidence I needed to carry on after my cancer journey. She goes beyond her remit to help. I can not speak more highly of her. She is a credit to her profession and Great Western Hospital are very lucky to have such a dedicated person. If all the doctors in the NHS were like Sam then nobody could have cause for complaint.
