From the outset of the consultation Ms Phillips listened attentively to my description of my symptoms and made me feel at ease. She gave a full outline of all procedures that she recommended I follow and was keen to answer any questions I may have had. The follow up care was of a standard I have never experienced before following a hospital consultation. I received a full copy of the report of my visit which was sent to my GP. My second consultation following the MRI scan was conducted in a similar manner of open discussion as to the way forward. Throughout the whole process I felt I was being listened to and was fully engaged with all recommendations.
Ms Phillips has a pleasant relaxing manner that has the immediate effect of putting patients at ease. I would have no hesitation in contacting her in future , as she suggested, should my symptoms return.
