Miss Phillips listened to me, arranged for me to to get hand exercises and then an operation. I have had no pain in the back of my hand or back of my thumb since the operation. This is what I was hoping for and I am very pleased with the results.

Some weeks after a scaephoid fracture that wouldnt heal i met with miss Phillips and 2 weeks after the meeting i had surgery to screw the fracture back together. I was back at work as a self employed windscreen fitter after just a few weeks (thankfully) I am now 3 months post op and the fracture is healing great and i'm managing all the tasks i was able to do do before. I would recommend miss Phillips and the NHS have been great aswell with follow up appointments and phisio.

Have received superb care and attention for many months. Surgical procedures have been fully explained and various options explored to ensure best outcomes for my condition. I feel totally at ease during consultations and treatments undoubtedly due to my consultant's skill and 'bedside' manner. My G.P. is kept fully informed by Miss Phillip's and a copy of the correspondence also sent to me for my records. Appointment letters are sent promptly so I can safely plan ahead. Should I have other 'ortho' worries or any sudden deterioration, my consultant has provided contact details for immediate advice . It's so vital to be treated as an individual and not feel like an anonymous 'other' so my consultant is honestly 'a cut above the rest'

I had an appointment for a chronic pain in my hand/thumb which has been ongoing for several years. And this doctor truly knows her stuff she was very very understanding and treat me with the upmost respect explaining ever option to hopefully eradicate my pain. I have seen many many doctors/surgeons throughout my life but Sally Anne Phillips went above and beyond to help me get the treatment I have been waiting for. I was actually listened to and her mannerisms was fantastic she actually spoke to me as if she was a friend and at no point did I ever feel intimidated or ignored . This Doctor is fantastic at her job and wish every doctor would take a leaf from her book … keep up the great work Sally Anne and the NHS has been gained a angel
