Miss James was amazing throughout my care at the L&D.
She explained the procedure to me, and the outcome she predicted (which turned out to be correct) so helped me so much with the anxiety I was experiencing. She was easy to talk to but also very professional. I had a biopsy op and experienced no pain afterwards, and 3 weeks later the scar is hardly visible. I feel VERY lucky to have had such a great team looking after me and to get a benign result.
