Miss Wuntakal was such a lovely lady along with CNS Mandy.
They put me at ease and explained everything to me, you didn't feel rushed which is really important and they both listened to any questions or concerns I had even if I repeated myself they explained it again. Listening is one of the most important skills to have as a clinician, to enable a good rapport to be built up between both parties.
Thank you Rekha and Mandy you are a fabulous team and I have complete trust in your care.
