I felt the doctor was on my side and understood where I was coming from. She did not make me feel rushed in the appointment I had with her and I was able to ask her the questions I needed and she took time to explain them fully and in a way that could be easily understood. I felt reassured she was only a phone call away should I have further questions or concerns. I also left feeling clear on the next steps and how to contact her or her staff should I need.
