On the 6th August 2021 Rekha called me. Firstly to introduce herself and to discuss my forthcoming procedure booked for Monday 9th August. From the very onset Rekha who as a professional has a calming approach which alleviates any anxiety the patient may be experiencing. Having met her on the 9th August where she again reassured me of the procedure, explaining in great detail of what would happen during the operation, the length of time and the aftercare/recovery. I cannot emphasis the professionalism of this individual. Having had the operation and since had an appointment with Rekha who advised all is well and no further appointments are necessary. I thank her and her team for the swift and competent way in which I was dealt with. should she decide to leave Queens would be a disappointing loss to the Hospital as well as the patients.
