Rekha was excellent explaining to my 82 year old mother the options available to her based on her health conditions and gave an honest assessment for her to consider. She wanted to make sure my mother understood what the diagnosis meant and was delighted I could also join the appointment so she could meet me as well. I felt totally confident in the assessment and treatment advice offered and my mother felt she was being cared for based on her individual needs. Rekha’s manner was gentle, kind and clear for my mum to understand what she was being told.
