I attended the breast imaging clinic last Friday 01 April and wanted to express my thanks to the caring and professional staff.
The various tests, mammogram and ultrasound were all carried out speedily and efficiently and I was treated with respect by all. At each stage of the process the team who included Miss Rachel Rolph, Dr Charis Brook and Ms Summerhayes provided clear explanations of what they were doing and the results of the tests. I felt that the concerns I had were taken seriously and my welfare was important to them throughout the process.
In spite of the difficulties that the NHS is under, the whole process from GP visit to follow up hospital appointment could not have been managed more efficiently. We are very fortunate to have such a service here.
