Ms Rolph was professionally sensitive from the moment we met. She introduced herself as Rachel followed by her position as a consultant. Rachel was immediately likeable and friendly and, instantly put me at ease.
Throughout the consultation she explained everything she was doing. Her explanations were concise and easy to understand. I understood all that she said and was extremely happy with her knowledge and expertise. Rachel also gave me time to discuss my concerns and problems following previous surgeries and worries I have about future treatments I might need.
Following my scans, the same day, Rachel came to see me again to talk through what the scans had shown and what was to happen next.
Thank you Rachel and all the staff at the Princess Anne Hospital for making my visit such an easy and pleasant one.
