Dr Rolph is softly spoken, kind and supportive. I was diagnosed with cancer, and the news was given with sensitivity and care. She gave me time to process the information she had given me and listened attentively, when I spoke. She was extremely patient when I stumbled over my words (due to emotion) and answered my questions clearly, then checked I understood. Everything has been explained to me in terms I understand. enabling me to have a clear view of the road ahead.
Dr Rolph and the nurse with her (sorry forgotten her name), as well as all the staff at the breast screening unit at the Princess Anne Hospital have made me feel that I am in the safest of hands. I have been made to feel that they have all the time in the world for me. I feel that I am the only lady ever to have had breast cancer, as the care and attention I have been given is phenomenal! What an amazing team! Thank you x
