I only encountered Rachel on 3 occasions and yet she made a huge impression.
I am so pleased and grateful that I had the joy and benefit of having her as my surgeon.
Throughout the whole process, her interpersonal manner gave me much needed assurance and put me at ease. Although under time restraints she did not rush appointments and gave me clear answers in unpatronizing language. Her ability to work well within the multi-disciplinary team involved in caring for me added another layer of blessing. Her skills as a surgeon surpassed my expectation – beautiful work!
