On first contact with Rachel through zoom she made me feel very at ease, she asked lots of relevant questions and listened to the answers being very thorough.
I instantly gelled with Rachel due to her approach. She was very patient with me and liased with me over my procedure with care and attention.
I felt very excited and confident when going down to surgery, I was fully aware of the protocol before and after surgery and couldn't wait to see the results.
I have recommended Rachel to several friends and family etc
Rachel and her team are brilliant.
