Ms Holt took time to explain things fully to me and also managed my expectations about what the results of my surgery could be, enabling me to make a fully informed decision about whether to proceed. She also made me fully at ease throughout the whole process.
After deciding to proceed with the surgery I was absolutely delighted with the results and my body confidence has massively increased.
