Not only an expert and caring surgeon, but a person with whom you don't feel 'stupid' when sharing worries and concerns. Her advice and reaction to these worries gives you huge reassurance and you feel she, and nurse Claire, have 'got your back'. Thank you!
As a private patient you expect great care (and obviously get it in this case) but a friend sees Ms B-T through the NHS and shares the same thoughts.
