Miss Thampi is so welcoming.
She does not rush for time like what I hve seen with other Health professionals.As soon as you get to them you are out fast.But Thampi 's focus is on the patient in the room.
Miss Thampi gives you time to talk explain from head to toes.Miss Thampi listens in a very reassuring way. Miss Thampi takes time to examine, carefully not in a hurry.Thampi goes on to explain her findings.She will tell you exactly how she feels about her findings. Today Im writing a review Miss Thampi has already made recommendations to my Gps so that my health issues can be met accordingly.
I feel respected ,valued, listened to empowerd that soon I may have less pain or no pain.
Thank you Miss Thampi and the organisation Secretary and all around.
