During these strange COVID times I can honestly say that the service received from Miss Thampi and her secretary Kim has been exceptional. From the prompt email responses to the punctual telephone appointment all put my mind at ease. I would thoroughly recommend Miss Thampi, her patient clear explanations and thorough and efficiency with next steps have made this whole process easier.
