I met Ms Loughlin at Altnagelvin hospital and even though she was giving me some bad news {Colorectal cancer} see put me immediately at ease. She came across as both caring and professional. She was also friendly and approachable.
She even had my radiotheropy moved forward so that I didn't have a 2 week delay with the surgery.
Ms Loughlin carried out the surgery herself and I am now 6 weeks into recovery
