I had an emegency op back in September. I am very grateful to Miss Patel and her staff for the job they did. Whenever I spoke to her I always felt comfortable that she was in complete control of the situation. This was extremely reassuring as I was having a major operation and was scared to be honest but she is a person who you can very easily trust and have the utmost confidence in. Also once I had my operation she was on the ward most days checking on my progress. I was really grateful for this.
