Having had previous colonoscopy where not enough sedation was given and the staff lacked empathy and kindness Miss Patel was very sympathetic, gave me maximum sedation that I’d asked for and listened to me. This made the whole experience much less stressful and less frightening
All the staff in the unit were amazing and just couldn’t do enough to look after me and when I have to return I will hopefully have this high quality of care and be able to request the same doctor
Thank you
