I feel so lucky to have had Miss Patel as my consultant over the passed five years, from my diagnosis of colon cancer in 2010 to my discharge this month she has always been incredibly kind and caring. All my questions were answered and fears allayed which instilled such confidence in both me and my wife. Following my operation she visited me in the ward everyday, seven days a week, no question that she is totally dedicated to her job. She made what was a very scary time for us both more bearable and we will always be grateful.
