I totally agree with all the positive reviews of Miss Frangouli. She removed a cataract recently in my right eye under the Nhs at the Western Eye Hospital. She and her whole wonderful team are fantastic truly exceptional and inspirational. The Nhs at it's very best. One of the best doctors I have ever met, couldn't have had better treatment. From the moment I was assessed to the procedure itself the standard and quality of care was fantastic. She is so professional, competent, experienced, caring and devoted. You feel that she just wants to do her best for you and making you better is the most important thing in the world to her. I felt relaxed and confident with her sound advice and judgment. The procedure went well and I felt at ease. She checked in with me regularly to make sure i was ok. One of the nicest and most sincere persons I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ourania and your team well done thank you so much for giving me back good sight and making my life lighter, brighter and clearer. I will never forget your care and kindness and wish you much more success in the future. Lawrence
