Miss N Choudhury makes you feel at ease straight away. She has a very calming influence. She spends time with you, you never feel rushed and you know she is listening to you. She gives you her preliminary observations straight away and the best course of action, whilst gaining your agreement. You don’t feel you are being forced into anything. I had to undergo a procedure which she dealt with the utmost of urgency. The whole process was dealt with by Miss Choudhury in a very professional and friendly way. I was always kept informed and there was never a need to chase for updates. I had regular reviews and have now been discharged, however, she made it very clear that if I felt worried or concerned to contact her. Thank you Natasha for everything that you have done for me. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family (hopefully not though)
