Mrs.Coull very quickly put me at ease with her cheerful and professional demeanour. She listened intently to what I had to say and then gave me a clear and concise summing up of my debility . Mrs.Coull showed great empathy not only for my debility but also as I suffer from health anxiety, she was understanding and sympathetic.
I had a query when I received my letter regarding the consultation, this was answered almost immediately through her P.A. which was immensely helpful and professional.
