Mrs Harris was very friendly and polite with an excellent patient care style. She listened carefully to my description of my symptoms and gave me a clear and explicit diagnosis. She was very helpful and informative about the procedure I was to undergo and clearly outlined the likely outcomes, including possible negative consequences.
On the day of the operation she was very calming and very caring after the completion of the procedure.
This was a totally positive experience for me and I am very happy to recommend her to anyone with Urinary problems. I do not see any way in which she could improve her practice.
