I had aortic valve replacement with Prof Jahangiri as I was born with a heart valve defect and the time came for a replacement. I ended up moderate patient prosthesis mismatch which means the valve Prof Jahangiri put in is too small for me. I have no idea why she didn't put in a bigger valve but the result too is that I am less fit now than I was prior to surgery. I am now under another cardiac surgeon at a different hospital.
