I felt fully looked after and cared for from start to finish.
Initial consultation
I appreciated the objective factual outline of the procedure and results. A nice touch was looking at similar patients outcome photos. There was no hard sell and my specific concerns were addressed.
Day of:
Very much put me at ease and again outline the procedure and expectations consistent with information at initial consultation.
Follow up care:
Nothing short of exceptional in terms of responsiveness and quality of care.
This was a really big decision for me, I was extremely apprehensive. I am delighted with the outcome and highly recommend Ms Highton.
