I found Miss Highton through another patient who had posted about their breast reduction results on Instagram. Looking at her previous work I was very impressed and booked a consultation. She was friendly and professional and was very open and honest about what to expect from the operation. I decided to proceed with Miss Highton, even though I live in London and the hospital was not local I decided that I specifically wanted her to do my operation. On the day everything went smoothly and I was sent home a negative pressure dressing (something that I had not seen from other surgeons I had approached) which helped my incisions remain dry. It’s been 7.5 weeks so far and I am ecstatic. I have an excellent scar result - my areola and vertical scars are pretty much invisible and there has been no issues with healing. I trusted Miss Highton completely and knew there may be limitations to what she was able to achieve but she has exceeded my expectations and I am much smaller than I thought I would be able to go. She is incredibly skilled and talented at what she does and I now feel much happier and confident in my skin. I would do it all again and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
