I went into my appointment feeling scared and unsure.After speaking to Lucy I felt much happier and positive.Lucy carefully explained everything in detail and said i could contact her about anything i was unsure of.She took the time to reassure me and l
listened to my fears.I came out of my appointment feeling confident about my care .
My surgery went well and my scars minimal.Throughout the whole process Lucy kept in contact with me which i found reassuring at a difficult time.Her positivty throughout was a great help to myself and my family.Thank you
