Lucy is very easy to talk to, and I feel she really listens to me. I really value her opinion and feel that she says it like it is which is invaluable at a time when I have so many decisions to make. When i thought i had a problem a few weeks after surgery she was amazing fitting me in to see her even though she was in surgery that day. I really feel so lucky to have Lucy in my team and can't recommend her enough.
