I just wanted to follow up on a review I previously gave Lucy. I thought I was limited to characters so kept it short and sweet!!
As a stay at home mummy, to two young boys and a husband who works away quite a lot, I was devastated upon discovering a lump.
The next day I went to my gp who then sent me to Lucy.
From the word go, she was fantastic. She treated me as a person and not an appointment, and throughout my time with Lucy, she kept me updated, well informed and made me have 100% confidence in her. Thankfully I was ok. But 4 days on, I talk of her care, even to my sons head teacher.
I was fortunate to have private health care living in the Middle East for a number of years, but it is nothing in comparison to the care I received off Lucy. Thank you so much.
