Dr Dawson demonstrated a very high level of professionalism when dealing with me.
She was thorough when examining me and extremely empathetic and caring in her approach. She spent more than the allocated time with me, for which I grateful, as this allowed her to explain in detail what my symptoms could be, discuss treatment options/plans, arrange tests and answer my many questions and concerns. She also demonstrated reliability, follow up calls made as promised. She gave me confidence and reassurance.
