This doctor was very kind, took time to explain the procedure and to ensure i understood it. it was the second time to have this procedure and whilst slightly uncomfortable it was a considerably less painful and a better experience than my first. (different doctor). She was clear to explain the results and all round a lovely lady. Highly recommend.
