I shadowed Miss McCarthy as a 3rd Year Medical Student during a Colonoscopy Clinic. Miss McCarthy was very helpful with explaining what goes on during a Colonoscopy and answering any questions I had about Lower GI Surgery or the career of a Lower GI Surgeon.
I hope to shadow Miss McCarthy for a Lower GI surgery in the near future.
