I have met Miss McCarthy on several occasions and have always been struck by the way she listens to what I am actually saying. This instantly puts me at ease to answer any questions she may have. I have never felt that any of my questions were stupid or not worth asking. Miss McCarthy always seems to have a plan as how to move forward with my care which I find reassuring, she is a very approachable and understanding person who I feel confident around and with.
